How to Read the Schedule
- Find Your Division: Locate the section corresponding to your player’s age division (Shetland, Pinto, Pony, Mustang, or Bronco).
- Locate Your Time Slot by Last Name: Look at the GROUP column within your division to find the alphabetical range matching the player’s last name (e.g., A–C, D–G, H–M).
- Check Your Field & Session Time: Match your last name group across to the TIME and FIELD columns to confirm when and where your session takes place.
Important Reminders for Evaluation Day
- Arrival Time: Please arrive 15–20 minutes prior to your scheduled session time to check in and warm up.
- Make-Up Slots: If you miss your assigned group time, utilize the designated Make-Up Slot listed at the end of your division’s schedule.
- What to Bring: Players should bring their standard baseball gear (glove, bat, helmet, cleats/athletic shoes, and water).
