MVPB Non-profit Status
Murrieta Valley PONY Baseball, Inc. is a California non-profit corporation and an IRS designated non-profit 501 (c) (3) tax-deferred organization. Our Tax I.D. No. is 33-0629968.
Team Sponsors
Teams must acquire one full sponsor or multiple partial sponsors to reach the full sponsorship level of $300.
The sponsor may provide or the team may produce a 3’ x 5’ banner that will be hung at the MVPB baseball complex for one-year from the point that it is placed. Most teams will end up having a sponsor banner and a team banner with the players’ names. It is up to the team and sponsor whether they want to combine these two banners into one. Once your banner is created, please inform the Sponsorship Director and drop your banner off at the snack bar. The sponsorship chair will place the banner at an appropriate place on the property.
Partial sponsorships are available and will not include hanging a banner.
The sponsor may send a high resolution logo and/or a website link via e-mail to sponsorships@mvpb.org to be displayed on the league website.
In the event your team does not acquire a sponsor, your team will be responsible for being self sponsored with the sponsorship fee shared among all the families on the team. It is the manager’s responsibility to coordinated team sponsorship. Failure to pay team sponsorship fees may result in a suspension from managing or coaching in future seasons.
Full Sponsorship ($300)
- The sponsor or the team may produce a 3’ x 5’ banner that will be hung at the MVPB baseball complex for one year from the point that it is placed (MVPB does not produce banners)
- Sponsor’s logo will be placed on the league website at www.mvpb.org when it is provided to our Sponsorship Director
- The sponsor will also receive a plaque to display in their place of business

Corporate Sponsors
MVPB is looking for corporate sponsors that are interested in contributing to the success of our mission to make MVPB a rewarding place for our children to play baseball, make friends, and to develop positive long-lasting memories. If you are interested in sponsoring MVPB at a corporate level, please contact sponsorships@mvpb.org for more information.
Donations
As a non-profit corporation, MVPB gladly accepts donations of materials and services that benefit the league. Examples include food items for the snack bar or construction materials and services necessary for maintaining or improving our facilities. Donators will receive a letter acknowledging the donation for tax purposes. If you have services or materials you wish to donate, please contact the MVPB Sponsorship Director (sponsorships@mvpb.org) for more information or the MVPB Treasurer (treasurer@mvpb.org) for questions about donation letters.
