Good morning MVPB families,
We’re excited to get the fall season started, we hope that you are too! Here are a few important details of what to expect over the next few weeks:
Mandatory Evaluations (You will receive an email with your players time slot on Friday)
- Date: August 17, 2024
- Location: Los Alamos Sports Park
- Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM for all divisions except Bronco, Colt, and PAL, which will be from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
- You will receive an email later this week with your player’s specific time slot. To make this process as smooth as possible, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your time slot for check-in and jersey sizing. There will be a check-in table for each division. If your player’s name is not on our list and they registered, please contact a board member.
For players arriving outside of their designated time slots, there will be a standby line. We will pull from this line to fill no-shows. Please note, if you arrive outside of your time slot, you will need to wait in the standby line.
Teams Formation:
Teams will be formed the following week. You should hear from your manager no later than August 24th.
Practices:
Practices will start on August 31st.
