Hello MVPB Families,
We wanted to provide you with an important update regarding the Spring bash event:
Due to unforeseen weather conditions, we have had to make the difficult decision to postpone the Spring bash. The new date for the event will be May 4th, 2024. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but the safety and enjoyment of all participants are our top priorities.
Additionally, we regret to inform you that the games scheduled for tomorrow have been canceled and will be rescheduled for May 4th as well. We understand the disappointment this may bring, but please know that this decision has been made with careful consideration for the conditions of the fields and the overall experience of our players.
On a positive note (this is important), we are scheduling make up games tomorrow afternoon that were rained out on 3/23. This gives us the opportunity to ensure that fields have time to dry out and get prepped for later games. We will be working on drying them out this evening and again tomorrow morning.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these adjustments. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone involved, and we look forward to seeing you all on May 4th for an exciting day of baseball!
