It contains important information about your player\u2019s upcoming season; including evaluation schedules, timelines, and key dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Player Evaluations \u2013 January 18, 2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Details<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>MVPB Evals will be held at the PONY Complex located at 41580 Fig St in Murrieta<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Check-in Location<\/strong>: In front of the Red Snack Bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>What Happens at Check-In:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Players will receive their check-in tag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm jersey and hat sizes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Evaluation Process:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After check-in, proceed to your division\u2019s designated field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluations take approximately one hour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluations for each division will conclude <strong><em>30 minutes after the last scheduled time Attend<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We understand that things happen, and some players may not be able to attend evaluations. If your player cannot make it, please notify the Player Agent at <a href=\"mailto:playeragent@mvpb.org\">playeragent@mvpb.org<\/a> so we can plan accordingly. Players who do not evaluate will be placed on a team at random.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Missed Your Assigned Time or Arriving Late?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you miss your assigned time, arrive late, or don\u2019t see your name on the evaluation list, don\u2019t worry! We\u2019ll have a standby line available. Standby players will be evaluated as no-show slots become available, but please be prepared to wait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Post-Evaluation Timeline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Week of January 20, 2025<\/strong>: Player drafts will be held.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>January 27, 2025<\/strong>: Team rosters will be finalized, and managers will receive their assignments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>By January 29, 2025<\/strong>: Families will hear from their assigned team manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Practices Begin February 1, 2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Practices will officially start on February 1st. Before that date, your team\u2019s manager will confirm:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your player\u2019s jersey size and uniform number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uniform orders will be finalized prior to February 1st, so please communicate with your manager promptly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Managers will also begin recruiting volunteers for assistant managers and team parents. If you\u2019re interested in helping, please let your manager know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opening Day is March 1, 2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mark your calendars! Opening Day will be a fun-filled event with plenty of activities and team photos.
